Our neighbors built a "jamming studio" wherein people can.. uh, jam. lol. So I went there and the owner's daughters were all there and they were playing OPM music. I gave up on OPM a long time ago. So I don't know all the chords and tabs of all those shit. I don't fucking know chords, I only know tabs. So I was playing my own kind of music. Y'know, Blur, Misfits, AAR.. It was fucking hot in there so I was all sweaty and shit. Then I realized something...
I SUCK AT GUITAR.
I don't know why. I mean, I don't suck when I'm playing at home. But when other people are around. I mess up. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?!!?
Maybe I should just give up. But it felt so good to hold that damn electric guitar

I have marked December 8 as MY DAY. Wheeeeeeeeeeee. I'm going to drown myself in music the whole day. Then hang out in Starbucks until 9:00 pm-ish. Then me and dad are going to watch a gig! It has been like, months since I went to my last gig.
I noticed that that day will be like a 'father daughter bonding' thing. HAHAHAHAHAHA YEAH RIGHT.
Oh btw, We're gonna see Pupil (Ely Buendiaaaa <3 I miss yooooo. LOLz. j/k), Elytista (Ely and his wife. I wuv them both. <333), Kikomachine (craaaaazy dudes), Menaya (uh. idk about this band. But they have great songs!)and.. uh.. that's about it. It will be at Saguijo. XD

I'm doing the Filipino project as of this moment. Being the gullible person that I am, I volunteered to make the written report and let my partner do the actual reporting by herself. She knows how much I hate reporting.
I was searching for people on friendster who like good music. (Good music = rock/screamo/emo) And I found people who tYpE LiKe tHiS and claim they are 'rockers' or whatever they like to call themselves. Me, as always, the cynical bitch, would like to call them fags and poseurs.
I found out how fast MCR is getting famous here. They're already pretty known. Many people already know that they had an album before 3 cheers.
I miss the old days. Back in April, when I saw Helena and no one knew them. Before they were the MotoAlert Artist on MTV.
MTV is evil.
I just realized how much I loved Drowning Lessons by MCR.
I have to admit, I am getting kinda tired of MCR. I need more bands to be obsessed with.

I saw a 7th grader's blog and the layout she used had an image map. I have been studying on how to make image maps since uh.. last year? (I didn't really study, but I found online tutorials on making image maps. I was just too lazy to try it out. XD) I'm uber jealous.

It's Sunday, meaning I have to go to school tomorrow. I'm going back to hell. I hate my "friends" there. I can't be myself when I'm around them. I'm in desperate need for a new friend. Someone who understands me. Someone who loves the things I love. Someone who thinks like me. (I think I have posted this kind of stuff before.)
I still can't get the image of that MCR bag I saw last Friday. I was uber shocked to see that bag in school. And to think a Paulinian owns it. (Most Paulinians are preppy. If not preppy, poseurs.)

I saw a My Chemical Romance messenger bag today at school. Now I know they are going to be the next biggest mainstream shit. Why do they have to sound so good? I can't stop obsessing about them. I don't want them to be mainstream. I wish I was back in the days when no one knew about them. When no one appreciated their work but us. Before they came on MYX. MCR has helped me a lot to build my character. To find the people who accept me. The people whom I share common interests. But those people live on the other side of the world. And I am stuck here with my so-called "friends". Fuck them. |
